4. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our jewelry, all custom-made pieces are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted once production has started.

5. Shipping

We ship internationally. Delivery times may vary due to customs or external factors. Stella Sarmiento Jewelry is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
