• Custom designs are unique pieces and are not eligible for standard returns or refunds.

9. Emerald VIP Experience

The Emerald VIP Experience in Bogotá is a highly personalized service. By booking this experience, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Gemstone availability may vary and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
• Security and verification measures may be applied for your protection and ours.
• Travel, accommodations, and other external services may not be included unless explicitly stated in writing.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or adjust appointments for safety, security, or operational reasons.
